Thomas Billings started Koality Downunder Servicing on July 18th, 2007. Now, Koality Downunder Servicing has a team of electricians and apprentices who share the same values and provide the same outstanding service.
From the beginning, Tom knew what they wanted to provide – outstanding electrical service to local customers. They wanted to create a ‘wow’ customer experience so that customers kept returning and telling all their friends.

Our electricians don’t just do a tradesman’s clean up, they pride themselves on leaving your house spotless. In fact, all our vans are fitted with Dyson vacuum cleaners for use after each job.
Wherever possible we use Australian made CLIPSAL products, not overseas imports. Meaning your product has higher safety standards and lasts longer, costing you less money in the future. All our electricians are fully licensed and comply with all workplace health and safety standards.
